ORDERS AND PRICING
All orders are offers to buy, subject to our acceptance. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. The order confirmation email is generated automatically and confirms that we have received your order; it does not mean the order has been accepted.
Please make sure the details you provide with your order are accurate and complete.
While we work to keep our website accurate, pricing or product errors may occasionally occur. If we find an error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing it. You may then cancel the order or confirm it at the correct price. If we cannot reach you, we will cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and the other payment methods shown at checkout. We may decline any payment or ask for an alternative payment method at our discretion. Payment is processed through secure payment gateways; we do not store your full card details.
Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship within Australia and internationally.
Australia: Standard and Express shipping are available. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free standard shipping applies to Australian orders over the threshold shown on our website.
International: International shipping costs and delivery times are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price paid on our website.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for costs arising from delayed deliveries outside our control.
If an incorrect address is supplied, a parcel cannot be delivered, or you ask for an order to be redirected after it has been dispatched, you may be charged any extra delivery costs. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by you, or lost after delivery instructions were changed at your request.
During peak periods, such as Black Friday and Christmas, we will publish order-by dates for delivery before Christmas. Orders placed after these dates are not guaranteed to arrive in time.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTIES
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty or damaged goods: If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at handworkschapel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a refund, replacement or repair in line with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We are happy to exchange or give a credit note for full-price items returned unused, in original condition and packaging, within 14 days of the order date. The customer pays the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Sale items: Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if a sale item is faulty.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
Sale items cannot be used with any other discount code, promotion or offer. Free shipping offers still apply where eligible.
Only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order unless stated otherwise.
Promotions may be offered exclusively online or exclusively in store. Online sales, prices and offers may not be available in our Prahran or Brighton stores, and in-store offers may not be available online.
Spend-and-save and similar offers are calculated on eligible full-price items, after any other discounts and before shipping, unless stated otherwise. Some brands may be excluded from promotions.
Promotions run while stock lasts and may be changed or ended early at our discretion.
Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to orders already placed, or exchanged for cash.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These terms and conditions govern the entire trading relationship between us and you and remain in force until amended. We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when they are published on this page.
