Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia):

    • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD

    • Express Shipping: $15 AUD

    • Free Shipping: Spend over $125 AUD and receive free standard shipping within Australia. (Free shipping cannot be combined with other promotional discounts).  Oversized, heavy, or bulky items are excluded from free shipping and will be noted in the description section of the item.

    • Orders are shipped via Australia Post and typically dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

    • Delivery times are subject to Australia Post’s schedules and may vary depending on your location.

  • International Shipping:

    • Flat Rate: $30 AUD

    • Shipping times will vary depending on the destination country. Please allow extra time for customs processing.

  • Oversized and Heavy Items:

    • Items marked as "Oversized/Bulky Item" in their description will incur additional shipping fees calculated at checkout.

    • These items are excluded from flat-rate shipping and may require longer delivery times.

    • Oversized and bulky items will not be shipped via Australia Post and will instead be sent with a courier service based on the delivery location.

  • Order Tracking:

    • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You can track your order through the Australia Post website.
